Kohler diesel engine series KDW model 1603

The Kohler KDW 1603 diesel engine is a four-cylinder in-line liquid cooled four-stroke engine. The declared power is 27.6 kW, while the displacement is 1649 cm³. Thanks to its peculiar characteristics such as strength, reliability and versatility, this diesel engine is widely used in many different working sectors, both agricultural and industrial. Generally it is easy to use as a engine for: fruityard/vinyard tractor, fruit picking/harvesting, 4WD tractor, concrete mixer, concrete sprayer, dumper, compaction roller, compact shovel loader, generator set, refrigerating groups, motor sweeper, aerial platform. For some EU countries, the KDW 1603 is produced in compliance with the emission limits set by the standards of the new regulation on the subject expressed by Stage V.
