Kohler diesel engine series KD15 model 225S

The KD15 225S is the smallest diesel engine in the Kohler KD15 series. This is an air-cooled single-cylinder four-stroke engine. It has exactly the same displacement of the KD15 225, 224 cm³ and a declared power of 2.5 kW. It is a left engine, ie compared to conventional engines, the crankshaft rotates counterclockwise. For its compactness and low fuel consumption, both fuel and oil, it is widely used for agricultural applications (walk-behind, tiller, lawn mower, water pump for irrigation), industrial applications (concrete mixer, minidumper, compaction roller, vibrating plate, asphalt cutter, line striper, self-priming water pump, air compressor, welder, motor sweeper, aerial platform, high pressure washer, fire fighting pump) as well as a generator set.
